I seek to inspire, support, and challenge my students based on their bodies at that time, that day. I specialize in working within corporate offices to elevate the working environment through yoga reducing stress and increasing productivity.
Using pranayama, we connect breath to movement. Listening to specific alignment cues, we move into smart positioning. Creating a deeper awareness of ourselves, we build upon each practice. All classes are accessible online through Cyber Yoga with Annaliese. Private sessions are available upon request.
